Puasa2 ni di perantauan, cuba paling kuat tahan keinginan nak makan mewah macam selalu.. pikir yg basic yg mudah buat, yang biasa buat etc etc, sebab nak mencari bahan satu, clash ngan kelas n assignment satu, skill memasak lagi satu hahaha.. Tapi bulan puasa ni la rupanya paling banyak menerai skill2 baru.. Grill Chop, Tauhu Begedil, Nasi Ayam tu semua first try. asal dapat 70-80% rasa dah ok la tu. kasi diskaun sikit kat point2 minus diatas... So couple of days ago, I found out IGseller jual kuih muih preorder. best, banyak choice, tapi all come in sets, and its like 1 kuih per 1 jenis. so mmg beli untuk merasa je la kan. Kalau order untuk berdua mesti la beli lebih sket kan.. tapi not all we want are in one set, or not all in the set is what we want. Ayam Masak Sambal Cili

Resipi agak2 6 portion ayam ( 6 drumstick) = 6 btg cili merah = bawang merah (medium sized) 2:3 cili =bawang putih 1:3 bawang merah belacan 2 cm asam jawa hujung camca (hahahaha) Garam kunyitkan ayam dan goreng sampai masak. Angkat letak tepi. Blender cili dan bawang (dengan sedikit air je), Tumis blended pakai minyak yang goreng ayam tadi (ambil takat perlu je minyak tu) Masuk kan asam jawa Hancur2kan belacan n masuk dalam tumisan tadi. Garam sket utk rasa Agak masak tumisan, naik minyak/mesra/masukkan ayam Masak ayam sampai mesra dengan sambal. Sesuai juga utk sambal nasi lemak

Stirfy Chicken w Veggies

Lauk Aidan Simple Ayam 1 portion (bersihkan, potong kecil, garam + blackpepper kan) bawang merah 1 hiris brokoli beberapa pokok carrot potong panjang sos tiram (masin) sos teriyaki (manis) sedikit tepung bancuh air (1/4 cawan air) panas kan minyak, goreng ayam, agak2 masak, masukkan bawang, tumis. masuk kan sos agak3 cover ayam + lebih skit untuk sayur. kacau. masukkan sayur. kacau masukkan bancuhan tepung. kacau. tunggu sebentar n siap untuk dimakan boleh tambah sayur lain, leeks, kacang buncis, baby corn, etc etc.. tapi xjadi simple dah la.. hahaha This picture is stirfry with squid (prepared the same way like chicken)

Nasi Ayam Koboi

Ayam / 5-6 peha (nak kulit, cuci n set aside) 2 inch halia 3 biji bawang putih , tumbuk n lumur pada ayam prep for 30 mins ayam direbus, air 4 pot and extra utk soup + add kiub ayam 1 1/2 cooked and ayam set aside tumis with 2 spoon butter- kayu manis, bunga lawang n pelaga & eventually serai yg ditumbuk add 2 inch halia, 3 biji bawang putih yg ditumbuk basuh 2 1/2 pot beras add 3 1/2 air rebusan ayam hint of garam n kunyit masak nasik 2 inch halia, 3 biji bawang putih  tumbuk halus kicap cair kicap manis oyster sos n teriyaki sos perap 1 hour goreng grill + sapu baki kicap ayam 2 scoop of soup + kicap manis baki sup, boh bunjut and add salt for seasoning, simmer for a while,  tapis sebelum dihidang.

Tauhu Begedil Debomb

1 pek kulit tauhu 3 biji kentang sliced not too thinly 200gm ayam cincang (atau daging) 1 bawang holland dadu bawang goreng garam telur+sedikit tepung goreng kentang - angkat sautee bawang, masuk ayam, sedikit garam - angkat drain any excess oil lenyek kentang add ayam + tiny bit salt uli snip kulit tauhu sumbat  salut telur goreng  makan ##kiv nak buat kicap pedas
