Grill Chop

Slalu beli 4 slice lamb tapi masak 2 kali, so perap semua siap2. 2nd round masak terus lagi sedap

4 slice of lamb - cuci and set aside
bawang merah medium 3 biji
bawang putih 1 biji
serbuk cili 1 camca
serbuk mixed herb 1 camca
oyster sauce
bbq sauce


potato 3 biji potong kiub
veggies - broccoli carrots

* this is just like a mix of mak's bbq marinate adjusted.

  1. garam blackpepper kan lamb, both side
  2. blender bawang merah n putih with less water as you can
  3. bancuh marinate : blended bawang + serbuk cili + mixed herb + oyster sauce
  4. perap lamb chop 1 jam, 1 petang, 1 malam... ikut mana dan
potato di garam blackpepper kan and add a bit of oil-  gaul

Cooking Time
masukkan potato dalam griller.

2-masak lambchop dalam frying pan.
used 1 spoon of butter (kalau ikutkan ada rosemary but i skipped that)
5 min each side then transfer masuk grill.

sebelum masukkan lamb chop, letak veggis kat tgh2 potatoes, and letak lamb chop atas veggis dan sapu bbq sauce, 

masak 15 mins and turn the lamb chop. bolak balik kan juga potato n veggis and sapu another layer of bbq sauce and sit for another 15 mins.

*hopefully kentang dah masak hahaha.. ada few cases kentang xmasak..

boleh angkat n hidang

boleh rebus jagung as side dish. and nak tambah sosej juga next time.

** next time nak try ayam
*** kalau mak ada pakai sesame oil.. so nak try on that
